Johanna Baumgartinger ist seit Juli 2020 für die Liechtenstein Gruppe tätig, seit 2023 als Vorstandsmitglied und CFO. Zuvor war sie ab 2020 für den Bereich Finanzen & Controlling der Gruppe verantwortlich.

Vor ihrer Tätigkeit bei der Liechtenstein Gruppe war Johanna Baumgartinger in verschiedenen Finanzpositionen bei Siemens und Unilever tätig.

Sie ist Magistra der Handelswissenschaften der Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien.

Jorge Fernández Vidal joined the Liechtenstein Group in 2021 and is the Managing Director of the Agriculture & Food portfolio. He is a member of the Boards of Directors of the portfolio companies Parelmo, Agritask, NTG/Green Universe Agriculture, N-Drip, PowerPollen and Valle del Guadiana.

Jorge Fernández Vidal is also an Adjunct Professor of Strategy at IE Business School in Madrid.

Prior to joining the Liechtenstein Group, he was Senior Vice President at McKinsey & Co, lead the business transformation efforts of two multinationals and worked as an investment professional at the European Investment Bank and LeapFrog Investments.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce of the University College of Cork, a Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting of Oxford Brookes University, a Master´s degree in Strategic Studies of University of Santiago de Compostela, an MBA of INSEAD and a PhD in Business Economics of University of Alicante.

Jonathan Feuer has been a member of the Board of Liechtenstein Group Holding AG and a Foundation Board member of Foundation Prince Liechtenstein since 2023.

He is also Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Patrizia SE and an advisor to Edge Investments.

Before, Jonathan Feuer was a managing partner at CVC Capital Partners. During his 30-year tenure, he founded and led CVC's global financial services team, co-managed the Strategic Opportunities Fund, and served on the boards of numerous private and public companies. After stepping down in 2018, he remained a senior advisor at CVC for two more years.

Jonathan Feuer is a qualified accountant, a graduate of the University of Warwick and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Programme.

Michaela Fischer joined the Liechtenstein Group in 2022. She is responsible for the HR activities of the Group and its portfolio companies.



Prior to that, Michaela Fischer worked for more than 10 years in various HR functions for the commercial law firm Wolf Theiss.

She holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from the Vienna University of Economics and Business, as well as a Master of Arts (MA) with specialization in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development from the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt.

Julia Holter joined the Liechtenstein Group in 2021. She is responsible for the corporate communications of the Group and its portfolio companies.

Prior to that, Julia Holter was responsible for event management & communications at Palais Liechtenstein GmbH for 10 years, as of 2018 as the division manager.

She holds a Master in Journalism & Communication Studies from the University of Vienna.

Niels Kröner has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Liechtenstein Group AG since 2024. Since 2010, he has been founder and Managing Director of Green Hedge, a developer of renewable energy and battery storage projects. Niels also serves on the Development Board of Somerville College, Oxford.

His past employments include McKinsey & Company, Barclays Bank and AKO Capital, Niels also worked as Barcap Professor at the European University at St. Petersburg and authored the book “A Blueprint for Better Banking: Svenska Handelsbanken and a proven model for more stable and more profitable banking”.

He holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MA in Classics from Humboldt University Berlin, an MA in German Literature and Philosophy from Hamburg University and a PhD in Economics from Rostock University.
 

Kay Kuenker has been a member of the Board of Directors of Liechtenstein Group Holding AG, Foundation Board member of Foundation Prince Liechtenstein, and member of the Supervisory Board of RiceTec since 2024. Kay Kuenker brings over 33 years of experience in the agricultural industry.

Kay Kuenker has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Agrilytics, LLC, an agronomic technology company based in Indiana, USA, since March 2020.

From October 2016 to March 2019, Kay Kuenker served as Executive Vice President at Cibus, LLC, a biotechnology company focused on gene editing in agriculture, responsible for strategy development.

Prior to that, she spent nearly 30 years at Dow AgroSciences (DAS) (now part of Corteva), including nine years on the Corporate Management Team, from 2007 to 2015 in various leadership positions in different business units and most recently served as Global Vice President of DAS Government, Public and Regulatory Affairs and Sustainability.

Kay Kuenker is also a member of the Advisory Board for Women in Agribusiness and AgriNovus Indiana and has served on several boards, including AgroFresh Solutions, LLC, National FFA, Food & Ag Governing Body of BIO (Biotechnology Innovation Organization), CropLife Canada, and the European Crop Protection Association.

She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Michigan and Central Michigan University.

Stephan Langer joined the Liechtenstein Group in 2019. Since 2024, he has been a member of the Group´s Executive Board as the Executive Director and the Managing Director of Liechtenstein Invest GmbH. He is a Managing Director of Liechtenstein Invest Deutschland Holding GmbH, L-Recycling GmbH, Liechtenstein PV Hohenau GmbH, as well as L-Renewables Finland GmbH and the Finnish Kausalan Energia Oy and Suonenioen Energia Oy. He also sits on the advisory boards of THE LIECO COMPANY and PV-Invest Group and holds an observer seat at Proptech1.

Prior to joining the Liechtenstein Group, Stephan Langer was Director Financial Advisory at Deloitte Vienna / Dubai, VAE from 2005 until 2019.

He holds a Master's degree in International Business Studies from the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein (AT) and Sheffield Hallam University (UK).

Tatjana von Lattorff, Princess von und zu Liechtenstein has been the Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of the Liechtenstein Group AG since 2024.

She is the CEO of the Prince Liechtenstein Philanthropy Foundation and has been involved for several years in various advisory boards of European educational initiatives, including the European Advisory Council of Teach for All, Sindbad Austria, Teach for Austria, and Hobby Lobby. Additionally, Princess Tatjana is the President of the Board of Trustees of the Prince Franz Josef Foundation and Princess Gina Foundation in Liechtenstein.

She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the European Business School (EBS) Madrid.

Peter Nussbaum is a member of the Supervisory Board of Liechtenstein Group AG, Chairman of the Board of Liechtenstein Group Holding AG and a Foundation Board member of Foundation Prince Liechtenstein.

He is admitted as attorney-at-law in Germany and New York and specializes in M&A, corporate and capital markets law. As such he has, inter alia, been involved in numerous acquisitions and IPOs in Germany and the USA. A former co-head of Freshfields’ global Private Equity Group and one of the founding partners of the Munich office of Milbank, Peter Nussbaum was one of the first lawyers in the German market to specialize in the Private Equity industry.

After a long-standing advisory role for companies of the Reigning Prince of Liechtenstein, he heads the Administration of the Princely Assets in Vaduz since 2022.

In addition to his board positions at entities of the Princely Foundations, Peter Nussbaum serves on the Supervisory Board of FOCAM AG, Frankfurt, a multi-family office which he co-founded.

He holds a doctorate (Dr. iur.) from Munich University and a Master´s degree (M.C.J.) from NYU School of Law.

Friedrich Probst joined the Liechtenstein Group in the autumn of 2024 as an Investment Analyst Intern before becoming a permanent team member as Junior Associate in January 2025. He primarily supports the team in managing the (international) agricultural portfolio.

Previously, Friedrich Probst gained practical experience through internships in Deal Advisory, Venture Capital and an agricultural Start-Up.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in International Business Administration from WHU–Otto Beisheim School of Management, completed a two-year apprenticeship to become a farmer in Germany and is on the verge of finishing his Masters (MSc) in Economics of Agriculture from the University of Goettingen.

Doris Resch-Kofranek has been working as a team assistant for the Liechtenstein Group since 2023.

Prior to that, she served as an executive assistant at BAI Bauträger Austria Immobilien GmbH for 8 years.

She holds a Master in Philosophy and has studied Finno-Ugric Studies and Applied Linguistics.

Bernd Schanzenbächer has been the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Liechtenstein Group AG since 2024, a member of the Board of Liechtenstein Group Holding AG since 2020 and a Foundation Board member of Foundation Prince Liechtenstein since 2016. He is also a member of the Advisory Council of RiceTec Group.

Bernd Schanzenbächer is the founder and Managing Director of EBG Capital AG, a consulting company specializing in agricultural investments worldwide. He has approximately 30 years of experience in the fields of financial markets, sustainable investments, and international relations. Prior to establishing EBG Capital AG, he held leadership positions at Credit Suisse, overseeing the "Sustainability Affairs" and "Environmental Business Group" divisions.

Bernd Schanzenbächer was one of the principal authors of the chapter "Impacts of Climate Change on Financial Services" in the IPCC Third Assessment Report. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2007.

Before joining Credit Suisse Group in 1998, Bernd Schanzenbächer worked as an Economic Affairs Officer at the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) in Nairobi and Geneva.

Bernd Schanzenbächer is a lecturer at the University of Agricultural, Forest, and Food Sciences HAFL in Bern and serves as a speaker at agricultural and sustainability conferences worldwide. He holds various board mandates and advises international organizations such as the OECD, FAO, and World Bank on sustainable investments in agriculture.

Bernd Schanzenbächer holds a Master's degree in Agricultural Sciences (Dipl. ing. agr.) and a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of Hohenheim in Germany.

Regine Stornik has been working for the Liechtenstein Group as executive assistant and office manager since 2020. Since 2024 she is an authorized signatory of Liechtenstein Group AG and Liechtenstein Invest GmbH. From 2014 she was personal assistant to Prince Constantin. Prior to that, she worked in the real estate management department of the Foundation Prince Liechtenstein from 2008.

She holds a Master´s degree in Law from the Karl Franzens University in Graz.

Alexander Winkler joined the Liechtenstein Group in 2021 and is responsible for the portfolio company THE LIECO COMPANY as well as parts of the real estate portfolio. He is the Managing Director of Forest Mapping Management GmbH (palos), a member of the advisory board of THE LIECO COMPANY as well as a member of the Limited Partner advisory committee at Greensoil Proptech Ventures, and is also entrusted with the management of international real estate companies.

Previously, Alexander Winkler worked for the global strategy consulting firm Boston Consulting Group.

He holds a Master´s degree in Management (MSc) from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
