Our globally oriented investment platform, based in the heart of Vienna, invests in sustainable next generation technologies and innovative ventures in the above-mentioned sectors.

We are looking for you to design and implement the group-wide sustainability strategy.

SUSTAINABILITY MANAGER (m/f/x)

CARRY OUT TASKS THAT MATTER

You will develop the sustainability, decarbonization and biodiversity strategy for the companies of the Liechtenstein Group in cooperation with the management and will be responsible for its implementation and further development in an interface function.
You support our companies as a competent contact person in all sustainability-related activities, in the collection of data and calculation of sustainability KPIs with the aim of group-wide ESG performance monitoring and efficient sustainability reporting.
You will follow the continuous development of legal requirements and regulatory requirements regarding sustainability and ensure their compliance within the group.
You contribute recommendations and ideas based on trends and innovations in sustainability management and implement appropriate measures.
You prepare relevant information for decision-making for the management of the Liechtenstein Group.
In consultation with HR, you ensure group-wide knowledge transfer on sustainability topics.
You prepare the annual sustainability report in cooperation with Corporate Communications.
You maintain intensive exchange with relevant stakeholders inside and outside the company after consultation with the management board.

QUALIFICATIONS AND QUALITIES WE APPRECIATE

University degree in economics, natural sciences or engineering (specialization in the areas of energy, environment, sustainability desirable).
Very good technical knowledge and several years of professional experience in the field of sustainability management.
Experience in conducting data analysis, emission balancing as well as business analysis and business model development desirable.
Up-to-date knowledge of all current developments based on the "EU Green Deal" and related goals, regulations and discourses.
Strong communication skills with conceptual and analytical abilities as well as a strong strategic mindset.
Team player with a high level of initiative, commitment and independent, precise working methods.
Enthusiasm for the topic of sustainability and the desire to actively help shape a sustainable energy transition and climate-friendly future.
Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Very good German and English skills
