Liechtenstein Group Appoints
Private Equity Expert Jonathan Feuer
to the Board of Directors

The Liechtenstein Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Feuer, a renowned investor with extensive experience in the private equity sector, to its Board of Directors. With this strategic decision, the company continues to drive its vision of a sustainable and innovation-driven future.

Jonathan was a managing partner at CVC Capital Partners, a leading international private equity firm. During his 30-year tenure, he founded and led CVC's global financial services team, co-managed the Strategic Opportunities Fund, and served on the boards of numerous private and public companies. Even after stepping down from the executive role in 2018, he remained associated with CVC as a senior advisor for an additional two years.

In addition to his role at the Liechtenstein Group, Jonathan Feuer is the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Patrizia SE, a leading independent real estate manager listed on the German stock exchange, and an advisor to Edge Investments, a venture capital firm focusing on the creative industries in media, education, and entertainment.

Jonathan Feuer, a qualified accountant and graduate of the University of Warwick and the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, is not solely engaged in the financial world. His generous donation to an international PhD scholarship program in artificial intelligence at the University of Warwick underscores his commitment to education and innovation.

Johannes Meran, CEO of the Liechtenstein Group, expressed delight in the new appointment to the supervisory board: "We are excited to welcome Jonathan Feuer, another high-ranking investment expert, to our supervisory board. His extensive experience in the financial industry will make a significant contribution to the successful implementation of our long-term growth strategy."

Jonathan Feuer also shared his enthusiasm for the new role: "I am very pleased to join the supervisory board of the Liechtenstein Group. The group's investment strategy and the industries it operates in offer tremendous potential for innovative ideas and exciting, future-oriented investments. I look forward to sharing my experiences as an investor with the highly motivated team."
