International experts
join supervisory boards of Liechtenstein Group
The Liechtenstein Group has started into the new year with the appointment of new members to its Supervisory Board and Board of Directors. Effective immediately, the recoginzed American biotech expert Kay Kuenker, and Tatjana von Lattorff, a member of the Princely Family of Liechtenstein, are joining the team. Already in the summer of 2023, the Liechtenstein Group expanded its pool of experts with private equity investor Jonathan Feuer.
Kay Kuenker, now a member of the Board of Directors of Liechtenstein Group Holding AG and a Supervisory Board member of RiceTec, brings with her more than 33 years of experience in the agricultural industry. As CEO of Advanced Agrilytics and former Global Vice President at Dow AgroSciences (now part of Corteva), she is a key figure in implementing sustainable practices and innovations in agricultural technology.

In November 2020, the Prince Liechtenstein Foundation reorganized its companies and investments as the "Liechtenstein Group." The reorganization also included the Austrian businesses and investments, which were incorporated into Liechtenstein Group AG, a stock corporation based in Austria. New investments and consulting services are also conducted through the newly established Liechtenstein Invest GmbH, also based in Austria. The Prince Liechtenstein Foundation remained in existence and is the owner of Liechtenstein Group AG and Liechtenstein Invest GmbH.
